This template is designed for use with JTL-Wawi version 2.0.0 or later. Please contact us via this link regarding compatibility with earlier versions.

This template is well-suited for larger amounts (over one euro). We have designed a separate template for very small amounts under one euro (link).

With this ZUGFeRD invoice, you are well-prepared for upcoming e-invoicing mandates. The template comprises two parts: the standard PDF file (the human-readable component of the e-invoice) and the XML file (the machine-readable component, or Xinvoice). The Xinvoice (XML file) can be visualized at the following link, for example: https://www.elster.de/eportal/e-rechnung

The template automatically detects English-speaking customers and switches the language to English. It also identifies whether customers are located within or outside the EU - a crucial factor for VAT calculation - and integrates the appropriate text into the invoice. Naturally, customer details such as language, country, and VAT ID must be entered into JTL-Wawi beforehand.
