This template is designed for use with JTL-Wawi version 2.0.0 or higher. Please contact us via this link regarding compatibility with earlier versions.

This template is well-suited for larger amounts (over one euro). We have designed a separate template for very small amounts under one euro (link).

This template detects English-speaking suppliers and automatically switches the language to English. It also identifies whether suppliers are located within the EU or outside it - a crucial factor for calculating VAT and handling intra-Community supplies (ICS), exports to third countries, and reverse charge procedures - and integrates the relevant text into the purchase order. Naturally, supplier details such as language, country, and VAT ID must be entered into JTL-Wawi beforehand.
